Sale or acquisition of assets. Fuel Merchandise Group may share your information if we
become involved in a transaction involving the sale of our assets, such as a merger or acquisition, if we are transferred to another company, in the event of a bankruptcy, or as part of any other business transfer. If the surviving entity in such a transaction is not Fuel Merchandise Group, the surviving entity may use your information pursuant to its own privacy policies, which may be different from this Policy.

We or our service providers may also use clear GIFs in emails to our users, to help us track email response rates, identify when our emails are viewed and track whether our emails are forwarded.

Web Beacons. Pages of the Site [and our emails] may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit Fuel Merchandise Group, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).

Your Choices

Account information. If you ever wish to access your Personal Information, update your Personal Information or cancel your account, please contact us through the contact information below. Please note that we may maintain copies of your information and Content even after you have updated the information or canceled your account.

Communications from Fuel Merchandise Group. We may send periodic promotional or informational emails to you, about Fuel Merchandise Group and other third-party information and offers. In the event you do not wish to receive such emails from Fuel Merchandise Group, you may opt out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained within the body of any email message you receive and requesting that you no longer receive communications from us. It may take us up to ten (10) business days to process your opt out request. Your California Privacy Rights

Under California Law, California residents have the right to request in writing from businesses with whom they have an established business relationship, (a) a list of the categories of personal information, such as name, email and mailing address and the type of services provided to the customer, that a business has disclosed to third parties (including affiliates that are separate legal entities) during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes and (b) the names and addresses of all such third parties. We will respond to such requests for information access within 30 days following receipt at the email address stated above. Children’s Policy

We strongly encourage parents and guardians to regularly monitor and supervise their childrens’ online activities. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a child under 13, we will promptly take measures to delete that Personal Information from our systems.
