Fuel’s customer service representatives are the face to our customers. We provide prompt and courteous support in answering all questions and resolving any issues brought forward by our clients. Our customer service representatives ability to demonstrative active listening and understanding is key to our first-class customer service. We are looking for talented individuals who are motivated by working in a calm and process based environment with a desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer facing role with proven ability to communicate and handle customer requests in a courteous, friendly manner.
- Strong communication, project management & organization skills.
- Proven ability to implement defined processes with accuracy and quality.
- Ideally previous experience in promotional products and customer service.
